Using Duet
What is Duet?
A place for the links you find on social media — repos, Claude skills, tools, videos — saved in one tap from your phone, then organised, summarised and brought back with reminders.
Does Duet see who sent me a link in my DMs?
No. Apps don't share that with the iPhone share sheet. The Shortcut asks “From?” so you can add a name in a second, and Duet also picks it up from shared text like “sent by Ali”.
Does it work with Instagram reels?
Yes, the link is always saved. Instagram doesn't let other apps read reels, so a bare reel link gets a short description; sharing it with its caption or adding a note gives Duet more to work with.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. On Android you can save from the dashboard or post to the API from an automation app.

Your data
What happens to my data?
Your saves are private to your account. Page details are sent to Google Gemini to write summaries. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I export or delete everything?
Yes. Delete any save from its detail panel, or contact us to export or erase your whole account.
How are my password and tokens stored?
Only as hashes (scrypt for passwords, SHA-256 for tokens). More on the Security page.

Pricing
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic ($9/month) includes the ready-made iPhone Shortcut, AI summaries, smart reminders, search and the API. Premium ($20/month) adds Ask Duet, which answers questions from your library, and Smart Collections that sort themselves.
How do I get the iPhone Shortcut?
Subscribe to Basic or Premium, then open Settings on your iPhone. Copy your key, tap “Add to Shortcuts”, paste the key once and you're done.
Can I try Duet before paying?
Yes. Create a free account to save and organise links on the web. The Shortcut, Ask Duet and Smart Collections unlock with a plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing link in Plans. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
