Agreement
By creating an account or using Duet, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Duet.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your password and access tokens private. You're responsible for what happens with your account and tokens; revoke a token in Settings if it may be exposed.
- New accounts may need approval before they can be used.
Acceptable use
Don't use Duet to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- store or spread malware, or content that exploits or harms others;
- overload, probe or attack the service, or get around rate limits and access controls;
- use Duet to fetch content from systems you aren't allowed to access;
- resell or provide Duet to others without our permission.
Your content
What you save stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it, and to send it to the services listed in the Privacy Policy, only to run Duet for you. You're responsible for having the right to save what you save.
Third-party links
Duet saves links to other people's websites, repositories and posts. We don't control that content and aren't responsible for it. Check licences before using code or materials you find.
AI output
Summaries, types, tags and creator names are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for important decisions; open the original link.
Plans and billing
You can use Duet's web dashboard on a free account. The iPhone Shortcut, API access, Ask Duet and Smart Collections require a paid plan (Basic or Premium). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and may add taxes where required.
- You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails or a subscription ends, paid features stop working (for example, the Shortcut will no longer save), but your saves stay in your account.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Duet is provided “as is”. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Suspension & ending
You can stop using Duet and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Duet is provided without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts there will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes
We may update these terms. For meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and notify account holders before they take effect. Questions: maazz.dev@gmail.com.
